注意：參數以json形式放在body中

注意：目前僅支持鏈上提現，內部轉賬（toAccountId）暫不支持；未攜帶鏈上 address 的請求會被拒絕並返回 "Internal transfer is not supported."

請求參數

fromAccount	string	false	SPOT	提現賬戶類型，現貨或者是合約	SPOT; FUTURES_U
currency	string	true		幣種名稱，可從'獲取AZ可充提的幣種'接口中獲取
chain	string	true		轉賬網絡名稱，可從'獲取AZ可充提的幣種'接口中獲取。鏈上提現必填。
clientOrderId	string	false		自定義客戶端ID，正則：^[a-zA-Z0-9_]{4,32}$
amount	number	true		提現金額，包含手續費部分
address	string	true		提現地址。必填——目前僅支持鏈上提現，內部轉賬暫不支持。
memo	string	false		memo，對於EOS類似的需要memo的鏈必傳
toAccountId	number	false		收款用戶ID。暫不支持——內部轉賬當前已禁用，該參數會被忽略，僅支持鏈上提現。
