Note: Only on-chain withdrawal is supported. Internal transfer (toAccountId) is currently not supported; requests without an on-chain address will be rejected with "Internal transfer is not supported."

toAccountId	number	false		Receiving user ID. Not supported — internal transfer is currently disabled, this parameter is ignored. Only on-chain withdrawal is supported.
