Response message format

The subscribe / unsubscribe ack is a unified shell {id, code, msg}: code 200 with msg "success" on success, code 400 with a machine-readable msg token on failure (e.g. the server rejects the subscription while warm-up is not ready), and code 429 with msg "rate_limited" when inbound messages are throttled. The id echoes your request id (omitted when the request carried none).

Error msg tokens: bad_channel, not_ready, no_params, subscription_limit, not_owned, bad_request, unknown_method, rate_limited.
